Fab has over 25 years experience in operations, management and finance of startups and mid to large scale international companies. He usually wears many hats to include "Head Geek", which coincidentally is the one that he is proudest of! His portfolio of past projects includes MGM / Mirage Corporation, Club Med North America, AIFP, Celebrity Cruises, and RCCL to name but a few. He attended Florida International University for his undergraduate work in Political Sciences / International Studies and Developmental Economics, and Nova University for Hospitality and Management. 

He is a MBA candidate in Management and Marketing at the University of Liverpool, and has been accepted at the prestigious International School of Management in Paris for the PhD in Business Administration program. Fabrizzio sits on the Board of the Riverside Symphonia - A prestigious Regional Symphony serving the Delaware River Valley.  Additionally, he also recently been appointed as a Board member of the Dranoff International Two PIano Foundation - A globally recognized musical Foundation for the promotion of Two Piano performers.  He is fluent in four languages, loves to travel, cook, read, photography, is an internet junkie, sleeps little and most importantly adores his wife.

Patty has over 20 years experience in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations. Starting her career working for large NJ Advertising firms in 1984 she became Senior Partner at CD&W. In 1991 Patricia started her own agency PRMC Advertising in Morristown N.J. In 2007 she founded Marketorum, a Marketing Consulting firm with her partner Fabrizzio Busso-Campana.

She has developed global campaigns for clients such as AT&T Consumer Products, BOC Industrial Gases, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Roche Diagnostics, Lladro of Spain and Covance CRO. A graduate of Caldwell College with a BFA in Communications and Design, she served as President of the Young Entrepreneurs of New Jersey and founded The Kaleidoscope of Hope Foundation and Detect Now.org raising funds for ovarian cancer research.

Victor has over 25 years experience working in Global Marketing. He spent eleven years working in Europe for Creatur DMC handling all in-bound operations and later at Maritz as an agency Account Director for automotive accounts. In the United States he was head of Marketing for Club Med's 125 global resorts. He has held management positions at Audi, UPS and BP. Victor also spent five years as locations consultant for CBS Television's SURVIVOR, taking teams of 400 to some of the most remote corners of the planet.

In addition to his responsibilities at VMark Media, Victor is an active member of the civic and business communities. In 2004 Mayor David Dermer appointed him as his advisor to the Miami Beach Convention Center Advisory Board. He was appointed to serve on the Civil Rights and Diversity Committee for Miami Dade County Public Schools. He is a member of the South Florida Business Council, The Rotary Club of Miami and is part of the Mentor Program for the University of Miami. Victor has spent 10 years as an Professor at Florida International University and 2 years at the University of Miami. He is a current member of the Cultural Affairs Council of Miami Dade County.  Victor is a former Candidate for The Florida State House of Representatives and a former U.S. Marine. He holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami.

Jose Luis is a principal at Green Point Consulting of Florida, a consulting firm specializing in multilevel government and community affairs, strategic planning, campaign management and media relations. Some of his past and present clients include: Holland & Knight LLP, Akerman Senterfitt Attorneys at Law, Lowe’s, Sedanos, Baptist Health South Florida, Flagler Development Group, Lennar Homes, BMS, Lucky Start, amongst others. His dynamic negotiation skills and proven ability to build consensus has gained him a reputation for effectiveness. These skills have proven useful in his public service. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Miami Dade County Jay Malina International Trade Consortium (ITC) where he champions issues on trade, job creation and economic development. Jose Luis was originally appointed to the ITC by County Commissioner Joe A. Martinez and subsequently appointed Vice-Chair by County Commissioner Bruno Barreiro. The ITC is chaired by Miami Dade County Commissioner Natasha Seijas.

He was recently appointed by the Miami-Dade County Manager’s office to serve on the Economic Development Community Planning Team (CPT) for the County’s Strategic Plan update. He’s a former board member of the Miami-Dade County Boundaries Commission, appointed by County Commissioner Javier Souto. Earlier in 2008 he was recognized by the Colombian government with the medal of the "Order of Democracy Simon Bolivar" for his contribution to the Colombian-American Community in the United States. He was elected Chair of the Colombian American Coalition in 2009. The Coalition is a state wide advocacy organization. He holds a B.A. in History and a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from St. Thomas University. Jose Luis is fluent in three languages.

Jose Antonio has over 8 years global technical marketing experience. He holds a Master's Degree in Technical and Audiovisual Communications from CEI University in Madrid an expert in Social Media communications. Having worked with key brands such as France's FNAC, Siemens and England's InterContinental Hotels Group, Jose's global insights have made him key to VMark's European expansion.
